Puzzld exists to change that.

Most people do not need another social network. They need somewhere that remembers what they said.

Governments change. News cycles move on. Petitions disappear. But problems remain.

Puzzld exists to create a permanent public record of what communities know, what they have experienced, and what they believe should change.

It started with one question.

Krish Ramsaha-Southall was a neuroscience student at University College London when he visited Sumy, Ukraine during active conflict.

What he witnessed was not a lack of courage or care. It was the gap between what ordinary people were experiencing and what the institutions around them were willing to acknowledge.

He realised that the problem was not that people had nothing to say. It was that there was no system built to hear them, record what they said, and make someone answer for it.

That is why Puzzld exists.

Krish Ramsaha-Southall

Krish Ramsaha-Southall is the Founder of Puzzld and is studying Neuroscience at University College London (UCL). His vision for the Movement has been shaped as much by lived experience as by academic study. After becoming legally homeless at eighteen while applying to university, Krish experienced first-hand how easily people can fall through systems that are intended to protect them. Those experiences instilled in him a lasting belief that society works best when every person has both the opportunity to be heard and the ability to shape the systems that affect their lives.

Driven by a desire to better understand human behaviour, resilience and decision-making, Krish volunteered on the front lines of Ukraine, speaking with families and communities living through active conflict. Witnessing the realities of war reinforced his belief that the people closest to society's greatest challenges often possess the deepest understanding of them, yet are too rarely given meaningful opportunities to influence lasting change.

Academically, his interests lie at the intersection of neuroscience, psychology, philosophy and the human sciences. He is driven by systems thinking, bringing together scientific research, lived experience, technology and design to develop practical solutions to complex societal problems. Rather than viewing disciplines in isolation, he seeks to understand how they interact to explain human behaviour and improve quality of life.

This philosophy underpins every aspect of Puzzld's work. Under his leadership, the Movement develops civic infrastructure, evidence-based initiatives and innovations designed to improve human rights, welfare and everyday life.

As Founder, Krish is responsible for defining Puzzld's long-term vision, safeguarding its constitutional principles and ensuring that every initiative remains faithful to its purpose. He believes Puzzld is not simply a platform or an organisation, but an enduring civic movement built on the conviction that lasting progress is achieved when communities combine knowledge, evidence and innovation to improve society, peace by piece.
